Cooking instructions
Preferably allow the cod fillets to defrost in the fridge and subsequently pat them dry and sprinkle the fillets with herbs of your choice. The indicated cooking times are guidelines. Make sure the product is thoroughly cooked.
Oven
(preheat to 200⁰C, fan oven 180⁰C): Wrap the cod fillet, together with a knob of butter, in aluminum foil and heat for 15-18 minutes.
Frying pan
(non-stick): Fry the cod fillet in a dash of oil on the skin first for 2-3 minutes on high heat. Turn the fillet over and cook for another 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Add a knob of butter at the end for extra flavour.
