Natural Panga Fillets Fish Bags

Queens Panga is a deliciously mild fish fillet with a neutral flavour. Easy to prepare and perfect for creating variations in different dishes.

Preparation Method

Preferably allow the panga fillets to defrost in the refrigerator and subsequently pat them dry and sprinkle the fillets with herbs of your choice. The indicated cooking times are guidelines. Make sure the product is thoroughly cooked.

Oven

(preheat to 200⁰C, fan oven 180⁰C): Wrap the fillet, together with a knob of butter, in aluminium foil and heat for 15-18 minutes.

Frying pan

(non-stick): Fry the fillet in oil or butter for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Pangasius fillet (fish). Water as a protective ice layer.
