Queens Pangalicious Garlic & Herbs is a deliciously mild fish fillet in a tasty seasoned crispy jacket. Easy to prepare, straight into the oven or frying pan from the freezer. Delicious with a hot meal, but also perfect for lunch on crusty bread.
Cook direct from the freezer. The indicated cooking times are guidelines. Make sure the product is thoroughly cooked.
Oven(preheat to 220°C, fan oven 200⁰C): place the fillet on baking paper on the oven tray and heat for 20-22 minutes.
Frying pan(non-stick): fry the fillet in oil or butter for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Frying for 6-8 minutes is sufficient if the fillet is defrosted.
Air fryer(200°C): Individually place the fillets in the air fryer. Fry them for 12 minutes.
Pangasius fillet (fish) (Pangasius hypophthalmus, aquaculture product from Vietnam) 65%, wheat flour, water, vegetable oil (soy), starch (maize), salt, natural flavour (garlic, oregano), rice flour, garlic, sugar, raising agents (E450, E500), black pepper, yeast extract, vegetable oil (palm), parsley, yeast, spice extract (black pepper). Produced in a facility which also processes mustard and celery.
