COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cook direct from the freezer. The indicated cooking times are guidelines. Make sure the product is thoroughly cooked.

Oven

(preheat to 220°C, fan oven 200⁰C): place the fillet on baking paper on the oven tray and heat for 20-22 minutes.

Frying pan

(non-stick): fry the fillet in oil or butter for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Air fryer

(200°C): Put the fillets separate from each other in the air fryer and heat for 12 minutes.

Pangasius fillet (fish) (65%), wheat flour, water, vegetable oil (soya), starch (maize), modified starch (tapioca, vegetable oil (palm)), salt, raising agents: E450i, E500ii, black pepper, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), rice flour, sugar, starch (tapioca), yeast extract, parsley flakes (0,05%), natural flavouring (lemon, lime, black pepper (0,03%)), spice extract (black pepper, paprika), yeast, thickener: E412, lime juice powder, colour: E100i.

Produced in a facility which also processes mustard and celery.
