Queens Pangalicious Lemon & Parsley is a deliciously mild fish fillet in a lightly spiced crispy jacket. Easy to prepare, straight into the oven or frying pan from the freezer. Delicious with a hot meal, but also perfect for lunch on crusty bread.

Preparation Method

Cook direct from the freezer. The indicated cooking times are guidelines. Make sure the product is thoroughly cooked.

Oven

(preheat to 220°C, fan oven 200⁰C): place the fillet on baking paper on the oven tray and heat for 20-22 minutes.

Frying pan

(non-stick): fry the fillet in oil or butter for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Air fryer

(200°C): Individually place the fillets in the air fryer. Fry them for 12 minutes.

Pangasius fillet (fish) (65%), wheat flour, water, vegetable oil (soy), starch (corn), modified starch (tapioca, vegetable oil (palm)), salt, raising agents: E450, E500, black pepper, non hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), rice flour, sugar, starch (tapioca), yeast extract, parsley, natural flavour (lemon, lime, black pepper), spice extract (black pepper, paprika), yeast, thickener: E412, lime juice powder, food colouring: E100. Produced in a facility which also processes mustard and celery.
