Cooking instructions

Cook direct from the freezer. The indicated cooking times are guidelines. Make sure the product is thoroughly cooked.

Oven

(preheat to 220°C, fan oven 200⁰C): place the fillet on baking paper on the oven tray and heat for 20-22 minutes.

Koekenpan

(non-stick): fry the fillet in oil or butter for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Airfryer

(200°C): Put the fillets separate from each other in the air fryer and heat for 12 minutes.

Pangasius fillet (fish) (65%), wheat flour, water, vegetable oil (soya), starch (maize), maize flour, salt, spices (chili pepper, white pepper, cayenne pepper, black pepper, celery, paprika) (0,6%), garlic, onion, raising agents: E450i, E500ii, natural flavouring (chilli pepper, celery, cumin), sugar, yeast extract, parsley flakes, yeast, spice extract (capsicum, paprika), fennel.

Produced in a facility which also processes mustard.
