Cook direct from the freezer. The indicated cooking times are guidelines. Make sure the product is thoroughly cooked.
Oven(preheat to 220°C, fan oven 200⁰C): place the fillet on baking paper on the oven tray and heat for 20-22 minutes.
Koekenpan(non-stick): fry the fillet in oil or butter for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Airfryer(200°C): Put the fillets separate from each other in the air fryer and heat for 12 minutes.
