4 Queens Panga Fillets
400 grams of stir-fried vegetables
dill sauce
new potatoes

Preparation method
Boil the new potatoes until al dente.
Pat the defrosted fillets dry with kitchen towel, brush with some olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill them for approximately 4 minutes per side.
Meanwhile, stir-fry the vegetables and heat up the dill sauce.
