Pat the defrosted fillets dry with kitchen towel, rub them with the orange juice and season with salt and pepper. Roll the fillets through the flour, fry them in a little olive oil for about 4 minutes per side.
Meanwhile, heat up the mustard sauce. Possibly serve with mashed potatoes.
