Panga with a Mustard Sauce and Beans

Ingredients

  • 4 Natural Queens Panga Fillets (defrosted)
  • 2 tablespoons of orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 400 grams of green beans
  • mustard sauce

Equipement

  • Saucepan
  • Frying pan
  • Kitchen towel

Preparation method

  1. Boil the green beans until al dente.
  2. Pat the defrosted fillets dry with kitchen towel, rub them with the orange juice and season with salt and pepper. Roll the fillets through the flour, fry them in a little olive oil for about 4 minutes per side.
  3. Meanwhile, heat up the mustard sauce. Possibly serve with mashed potatoes.
