Ingredients

  • 4 Queens Pollock Fillets
  • potato slices
  • 2 sliced ​​tomatoes
  • chicory in strips
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 250 ml of cream
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 100 grams of grated cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice and crushed garlic in an oven dish, place the frozen fish fillets in the dish and turn them once.
  3. Divide the tomato and chicory slices on top of this, followed by the potato slices in a roof-tile-like structure.
  4. Mix the cream and grated cheese and spread this across the potatoes.
  5. 30 minutes in the oven and done.
